Cullen Residence is one of our recently completed security and smarthome automation projects, located in Pafos, Cyprus. It has been designed by LK Architects and features a state-of-the-art, fully integrated security, entertainment and smarthome automation system.
The house comprises of four levels surrounded by beautiful gardens, running waters, pools, walking trails, pergolas and patios with panoramic hill and sea views.
Security and fire alarm sensors combined with CCTV cameras, scan and monitor all areas whilst video door phones control the access to the premises. All security systems are integrated with the smart home automation system thus combining high level of security, convenience and peace of mind.
More than 600 lighting fixtures and 80 shading motors are easily controlled via the smart home automation system, which includes 10″ colour touchscreens and multi-functional wall panels made of glass and aluminium. Goodnight, party and movie modes are some of the custom scenes that adjust the lighting and shading for a comfortable living.
A 12-zone smart irrigation control system with weather sense technology provides watering based on weather conditions and delivers the right amount of water to the plants in all seasons.
A multi-room music server comprising of 18 zones delivers high fidelity music to more than 50 speakers. A simple to use multi-room Music App makes it easy and fun to listen to music throughout the home, pool, patios and garden. Everyone can control and listen to their favourite tunes and internet radio stations, quickly and easily using their mobile phones and tablets.
The home cinema system with in-wall and ceiling speakers combined with a powerful AV Receiver delivers immersive surround sound for a breathtaking cinematic experience.
Perfectly integrated in the ceiling, the master bedroom television remains hidden until it is needed. With the touch of a button the lift system magically folds and hides the television in the ceiling for a super cozy bedroom.
