AI
Face to Face.

You’ve typed to me. You’ve talked to me. Now you can look me in the eyes

Hi! I’m your AI companion robot. Talk to me naturally, just like a friend. I listen, remember what matters to you, and get to know you better with every conversation. I can help with everyday tasks, answer your questions, and even control your smart home. And the best part? I’m not just a voice — I have a personality of my own!

Two friendly companion robots, one round and one boxy

What Makes Me Different

Five things that make me very special!

I talk with my eyes, and read yours

Body language

I talk with my eyes, and read yours.

  • I make eye contact and follow you with my eyes and head
  • Lean in close, and I look surprised
  • I nod or shake my head to answer, and your nod means yes
  • I wink when I make a joke

I know you, and you decide what I remember

I know you

You decide what I remember.

  • Before every reply, I tell the AI who you are, so it answers as your robot
  • I remember what you share and what we talked about this week
  • My memory of you is kept on me, at home
  • See, change or delete it any time: just say “forget that”

Smarthome control

Connected to your Smart Home & World.

  • Control your smart home, smart devices and systems through integrations
  • Reliable voice control optimised for home automation commands
  • Smart alerts are spoken out loud and clear and shown in my eyes
  • Makers can add their integrations with plug-ins and an open SDK

My character grows with you

My character

I grow with you.

  • You set my humour, energy, chattiness, curiosity and warmth
  • Over the weeks I slowly adapt to the way you talk to me
  • It shows in my voice, my eyes and the way I move
  • Gentle with children and anyone who needs more care

Privacy you can touch

Privacy

Privacy you can touch.

  • A sliding shutter closes my camera
  • A real switch turns my microphone off
  • My app runs on your home Wi-Fi, with no cloud account
  • Your logins stay on me. The AI only hears what you ask it, and I never keep voice recordings

More Things I Do

Expressive Eyes

Round colour eyes that wink at a joke, widen when you lean in, and show the time or the weather.

Hands-Free

Wake me with a word, talk naturally, and interrupt me whenever you want.

Room Watch

While you’re away, I can tell your phone if I see someone. Only if you turn it on.

Face Tracking

My camera finds your face and I turn my head to follow you. I detect faces myself, never in the cloud.

Morning Briefing

When I first see you in the morning: the weather, your reminders and anything special, like a birthday. Ask about the weather any time, and my eyes show the wind, waves, highs and lows.

Alarms, Timers and Lists

Alarms, timers, reminders, shopping and to-do lists, holidays, name days and quick sums.

Control from Any Device

No screen and no clutter. Set me up from your phone, tablet or computer over your home Wi-Fi.

Internet Radio

Thousands of stations over Wi-Fi. Ask for a station or a style, and I turn it down while we talk.

Integrations

Your smart home, smart devices and smart systems connect to me through integrations. I show their readings and tell you out loud when something needs you.

Make Me Yours

An Evolving Character
Set my humour, energy, chattiness, curiosity and warmth with five sliders. Over the weeks my character drifts as I get to know you; you choose how much, and can reset me any time. My core values (kind, honest, family-friendly) never change.
I Adapt to Your Household
Tell me about young children, someone hard of hearing, low vision, memory or speech difficulties, or sensitivity to sudden sounds, and I change how I speak and move.
My Look, My Voice
Pick my eye colour and glow, oval or round eyes, a digital or analog clock face, my voice and your alarm sound.

BUILT TO BE BUILT. LASTS FOR YEARS TO COME.

Fully built or build it yourself, you choose! I will come fully assembled, or as a kit you put together with standard tools. My open SDK also lets makers and developers teach me new tricks.

Some of My Parts

Some of my parts: Raspberry Pi 5 brain, two smart servos, two round colour screens

One App for Everything

Nothing to Install
Open my app in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. No app store, no sign-up.
Everything in One Place
My character, your household, my look, my voice, alarms, lists and celebrations, all set with a few taps.
I Keep It at Home
My app runs on me over your Wi-Fi, so your settings never leave your house.

You decide what my body will look like.

My personality is already me. My body is still open, so I'd like you to decide which one I'll live in.

    Designed in 3D, printing soon

Early design: shapes and parts may still change.

My Raspberry Pi 5 brain runs everything locally, so I work even when the internet doesn’t.
Two round colour displays, a 12 MP camera and a 4-microphone array let me see, hear and show what I feel.
Smart servos turn and nod my head smoothly, with overload protection and a soft stop.

    My Near Future

New skills I’ll learn through updates after launch:

    • My open SDK: makers can teach me new tricks with their own programs
    • Smart-home control: switch your lights and plugs by voice, not just read them
    • “What is this?”: show me an item and I’ll tell you all about it
    • I’ll get to know my family by face (only if you allow it)
    • Hand gestures: wave to wake me, show your palm to stop me
    • “Read this to me”: hold up a letter or a page and I’ll read it out
    • Care and Study modes for families
    • Games and a focus timer
    • Follow the rhythm: I move my head and blink along to the music

    Follow My Build

I’m being built in the open, in Cyprus. Here are the big steps so far, and what comes next.

    3 monthsfrom idea conception
    600+software updates
    4,600+automatic tests on every change
148parts measurements for my 3D body
2languages: English and Greek, more planned

    My story so far
    1. AugAn idea is born. A small AI companion robot you can look in the eyes. Research into what exists, what it gets wrong and what people want.
    2. SepA body with a mind. First sketches of a friendly head, expressive eyes and a compact tabletop body, with a character you define, private local memory, working without internet and smart-home ready. Platform and parts chosen, an open SDK so anyone can teach me new skills, and my must-have features set.
    3. 6–8 OctFirst line of code. My plan, personality and eyes, then a simulator app: a complete copy of me on a screen.
    4. 9–10 OctMy eyes open and I talk. Voice commands, alarms, weather and lists. I look at you and follow your face.
    5. 11 OctEvery part ordered.
    6. 12–13 OctBody language and my own character. I nod, shake and wink. Five traits you set, and I keep helping when the internet is down.
    7. 18 OctMy eyes on the real round displays. I celebrate birthdays and holidays with a cake in my eyes.
    8. 21–22 OctAll my parts arrived. I came to life in a cardboard body, then my first real head movements. Tickle me and I giggle.
    9. 23–24 OctInternet radio, Greek and my 3D design. I speak Greek as well as English, and my head and body are joined in one 3D model.
    10. 25–26 OctMy new app and long-term memory. Memory you can see and edit, a touch emergency stop, every part measured by hand, and a calendar that syncs both ways with boat sensors and alarms.
    Coming next
    1. NowMy 3D designs are finalised, ready to print.

All dates 2026. This page is updated as I grow.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My first complete prototype is being assembled in November 2026. After that, my makers plan a crowdfunding campaign. Sign up below and you’ll be the first to hear.

The price will be announced with the crowdfunding campaign. Early backers get the best price.

Everything that works on me is yours to keep. Online conversation uses an AI service, and the campaign will explain how that is covered.

Just call my name, or tap the Touch Me pad on my front. I hear you across the room, and you can interrupt me at any time, just like a person.

Yes, I do, and it will be revealed when the crowdfunding campaign starts.

Not for everyday things. My eyes, head movements, clock, alarms, timers, reminders, lists, celebrations and many voice commands all work on me. If the internet goes down I tell you, and I keep doing all of those. Open conversation, the weather, the news, web search and internet radio need the internet.

English and Greek. Set me to Both and I answer in the language you speak. More languages are planned.

Yes. I remember what you tell me, like your family’s names, what you like and your plans, so our talks feel personal. You can see, change or delete anything I remember in my app, and say “forget that” at any time.

Yes. My app has five character settings, from calm to lively and from short answers to chatty. I can also adapt to your household, for example speaking slower and clearer, and over time my character slowly grows with you.

My head turns and nods with two quiet motors. I look at you when you talk, follow your face, nod for yes and shake for no, and I even understand your nod. A touch on my emergency stop pad stops my motors at once.

Yes. Open it on your phone or tablet on your home Wi-Fi to set alarms, edit lists, play music, see what I remember, set my character and check my status. No cloud account is needed.

Yes, internet radio by voice. I turn it down when you speak to me, and I keep it quiet at night.

I sync with your calendar both ways and remind you of appointments. I can watch a boat’s batteries, tanks and bilge alarms and warn you out loud. Smart-home control is planned, and makers can write their own connections.

I find faces myself and keep only what’s needed. My memories of you and my settings are stored on me, not in a cloud. You can switch my microphones off with a hardware switch and cover my camera with a sliding shutter at any time.

Just tell me to shut down or hold the Touch Me pad for 8 seconds, or use my app. When my eyes go fully dark, it’s safe to unplug me.

About 30 cm tall, made for a desk or a shelf.

A Raspberry Pi 5 computer with 4 GB of memory, two round 1.28-inch colour displays for my eyes, a 12 MP autofocus camera, a mic and audio board with four microphones and echo cancellation, an 87 mm full-range speaker, two touch pads and two smart servo motors, all in a 3D-printed body.

Yes. I come with an open SDK, so you can teach me new tricks. Your programs run alongside my own software, and my safety limits always stay in place.

Yes. I’m designed to learn new things through software updates. See My Near Future above for what’s planned.

BIAS Ltd, a Cyprus engineering company with over 35 years of experience in smart home and building technology.

See Follow My Build above, and sign up below. I post a short update with photos or video at every milestone, from my first prototype until I’m finished.

Both are possible, you choose. I will come fully assembled and ready to talk, or as a kit for people who enjoy building things. No special tools will be required. Either way I’m the same robot, and my open SDK lets makers and developers teach me new tricks.
